I watched Mad Love (1935) again last night. In spite of her weird painted-on eyebrows, I can see why Peter Lorre's psycho-perv mad-doctor character might develop a decidedly unhealthy obsession with Frances Drake. It was his first American film.
Marvelous Mary Ann Mobley played the role of April Dancer on The Man From U.N.C.L.E. in "The Moonglow Affair" before Stefanie Powers took over the part and became The Girl From U.N.C.L.E. (She was also supposed to play Batgirl on the Batman TV series before Yvonne Craig took over.)
