Over at If Charlie Parker Was a Gunslinger, There'd Be a Whole Lot of Dead Copycats, I think they'd call this a "Frame Within the Frame". It's Kim Novak in 5 Against the House (1955). Nice limb, but a silly movie.

Get Well Soon, Zsa Zsa
Zsa Zsa Gabor fell and broke her hip last Saturday, which is not a good thing to do when you're 93. We've heard that her surgery went well.
