We could discuss the endosymbiotic relationship between friendship and betrayal. We could explore the ethnographics of Southern California's cultic and alternative religious milieu. We could talk about the relational dissolution of constructive trust in today's families.

Pamela Tiffin was a so-so actress, but she was some dish. This was a good, enjoyable movie but somehow it lacked that special wit, grit or something else that would elevate it to the detective pantheon, at least for me.

Sometimes "dish" is good. At the time, the "Oh Hell" ending was pretty unique.
