Sylva Koscina was born in Yugoslavia, which may account
for the spelling of her name. She was credited variously as
Sylva, Sylvia, Silvia, and Silva. You can find lots of pictures
online by searching her wrongly as "Sylvia." She is best
remembered for her appearances in Hercules (1958),
Hercules Unchained (1959), The Secret War of Harry
Frigg (1968), and Marquis de Sade: Justine (1969).
Me, I like her best in Deadlier Than the Male (1967).
Anyway, her name is "Sylva" and not "Sylvia."

Stunning!
Apart from being gorgeous, she made lots of film in Italy, some of whom quite remarkable, such as "Giovani mariti" (Young husbands, 1958, by Mauro Bolognini), or "Il vigile" (1960, by Luigi Zampa) and others. She became the epitomy of beauty in my country, so much so that she starred in some films just as Koscina, the Diva.
